All services require a 50% deposit via Debit/Credit card, Cash App, Chime or Venmo to secure requested party date. The remaining balance will be accepted in cash upon time of setup. An electronic Contract will be issued via email for all Party Package Bookings and Party Host Services prior to your deposit. Contract must be signed and returned to ensure you understand all pricing, terms and conditions of your service. Once deposit is secured an electronic invoice will be issued with a breakdown of all charges accrued and the remaining balance.

Trash Removal at the end of Party

Perfect for Quinceanera's, Sweet Sixteens, and other Formal Celebrations.

In our initial meeting we’ll discuss the vision of the event. We will work together to create a realistic budget, design the perfect theme and produce an event plan.

As the planner, my responsibilities will include:

Booking the Venue

Securing Contracts for (Catering, Audio-Visual Equipment, Entertainers, and Photographers)

Making sure the Event Meets all Safety and Legal Requirements

Managing Guest List

Coordinating of Transportation

Ordering of Supplies

Overseeing the Creation of Floral Arrangements, Catering Menus, and other Décor

Managing the Event Space, Styling and Decorating the Venue
